Who this applies to

Cedar of Zion forms are for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

What we collect

When you join the Cedar Circle we store the first name you choose to give, your email address, the audience option you select, the exact marketing-consent wording and version you agreed to, the time of that consent, and which page the form was submitted from.

Where it is stored

Subscriber records are held in our project database with row-level security enabled. Subscriber lists are never published, sold, or shown anywhere on this website.

Marketing consent and double opt-in

Consent is never pre-ticked. New records are stored as pending and only become active once you click the confirmation link we email you. We only send marketing email to active subscribers.

Etsy welcome offer

When our welcome discount is live, confirmed subscribers may receive a single once-off 10% Etsy discount code in the welcome email. The offer is only sent once, and only after confirmation.

Email delivery

When email sending is connected we use a third-party email provider to deliver confirmation, welcome and newsletter messages. Your address is shared with that provider only for delivering those emails.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop all marketing email immediately. To have your record deleted entirely, contact us through the Contact page.
